Owing to filter cleaning systems protected by patent, we are in a position to offer perfectly tailored solutions for every case of application. You are recommended to contact us already in the planning phase. Consideration can then by give to sufficient wall distance etc. for the installation of track curves. Then the cleaners are able to travel in a closed loop system. This is generally the best solution because only by this means regular cleaning intervals can be achieved for all machines. The closed loop track system offers an additional advantage. When a warp or cloth beam changes, single machines can be temporarily excluded from the cleaning cycle without neglecting cleaning of all the remaining machines.

With the system designation s-blowmaster we offer a cleaning unit approved throughout the world, developed especially for the weaving which is equipped with fan motors of 4.0 to 5.5kw of installed performance. Owing to successful realization of experience, know-how and constant further development it has become the most successful cleaner in weaving.

A cast aluminum base gives a stable foundation to the s-blowmaster cleaner which is now equipped with an internal rotor motor. The better thermal characteristics allow a further increase in the already high air volume.

Large surface fine filter screens of 250 micron arranged as double filters ensure a constant efficiency. A total filter surface of 295.000mm and two filter chambers which are independent of each other guarantee that all suction air is properly filtered and, by applying Ali industries patented discharge principle, make sure that only cleaned air is blown on the back of the screens to empty the filter chamber. This prevents the back of the filter screen becoming dust laden and ensures that only cleaned air is used to clean the weaving machines.
