Blowmaster
A complete Cleaning solution to your cleaning system at Spinning, Weaving, Jute, AutoCone, Simplex and Ring frames in textile units
One of our strength is the ability to individually customize the design of systems and units to suit the different machine constructions and available space encountered on site. For instance, in most cases we have been successful, in spite of the difficult Jacquard frame, to work out a concept and to achieve the positive effects of continuous cleaning. Depending on the space and gantry construction, we recommend the use of separate cleaning systems for cloth and beam side, and in this way the Jacquard head can be blown out by a special nozzle arrangement. The track can be supported either on the gantry or can be suspended from the ceiling or from the gantry. With single gantry and sufficient space, the use of only one cleaner is possible.

Spare Parts
Expert of Manufacturing of Overhead Cleaners and Spare Parts of Textie Units.
This variation is quite advantageous especially with new installations. On the one hand it saves in energy consumption and on the other hand the interaction of blowing and suction nozzles enables the swift collection of fly. Ali Industries, traveling blowers achieves, as a matter of course, what none of the other units available on the market can do. All the air used for cleaning the machines is filtered. This is indispensable, since in the absence of filtration, all dust and fly particles floating in the air are sucked into the fan wheel, accelerated tremendously there and shot out onto the beam, shafts, picking mechanism, shed, and on to the cloth at high speeds. This high speed leads that moment, to an inseparable bonding of dust with to an inseparable bonding of dust with the warp thread or cloth which is only noticed later, usually to disturbing effect, but always with loss of quality. We know this, and you should be spared this experience.

Fieldmaster
A Superb Solution for your agricultrul hard ships. Farmers are natural experimenters. They are always trying new ideas and
technologies to improve their farming practices. Before government
extension services existed, farmers based this experimentation on their
own knowledge and the experiences and ideas of other farmers in their
area. Only in the last few decades have governments established
research and extension agencies to help farmers improve agricultural
production. Extension workers in these agencies usually promote
technologies developed by researchers (such as new rice varieties),
implement government programs (such as livestock credit schemes) and
administer government regulations.... Click Here
